Caliber Portal 

Homeowners can log into their Caliber portal to view their property account information. 

You can access the site by going to: Caliber Portal you will need your account number and email address you have registered with the association. 

When you are logging into the web portal for the first time, you will need to select the “Register for a login” link. Within the next screen, you must enter your account number and email address. The provided email address will be linked to your login record.

If you are one of multiple owners associated with the provided account number, you are required to select your name from the list provided. If a match is found, you will be sent an email with a link to complete your new account process. 

The email link will allow you to create a username and password (usernames must be unique). Once saved, you will be able to login into the web portal.

Dear Homeowners, Residents and Guests, 

This serves as clarification of the policies and legal provisions concerning golf balls within the Southern Dunes community, as outlined in the recorded Governing Documents.

According to the Declaration, there is a legally established easement that allows golf balls to travel over, into, and come to rest upon all portions of the community. Golfers and golf course personnel have the right to retrieve golf balls unless they land in fenced areas that block access.

Importantly, the Declaration expressly states that neither the Declarant, nor any Class B Member, golf course owner, lessee, employee, agent, invitee, member, nor guest shall bear any liability or responsibility for any property damage or personal injury that may result from being accidentally struck by a golf ball.

This means that by owning and living on property within Southern Dunes, homeowners and residents have contractually accepted the inherent risks associated with living adjacent to a golf course, including the possibility of golf balls accidentally striking homes, vehicles, or individuals.

For any incidents involving golf ball damage, homeowners should rely on their own property or liability insurance coverage, as neither the HOA nor the golf course can be held responsible under the community's governing documents.
